Name: Carly
Age: 24
Years Mountain Biking: 1
Type of Rider: All Weather Commuter; Fair Weather Off-Road Rider (although I have been known to go out in the snow, wind and hail!)
Favourite Place to Ride and Why: Sherwood Pines, I like the way that the trail flows, very good for people getting into the sport as the red route gives you light technical sections to try, it definitely boosted my confidence! Psst great photo opportunities too!
Strengths: Loamy Forest Trails; Control; Stamina
Weaknesses: Confidence Issues/Anxiety on anything too technical (big rocks; skinnys; etc).
Worst Crash: Caught in a rut zooming down a hill, ended up with my whole body being tossed into a bush of stinging nettles, ouch!
Kit I couldn’t live without: Suspension; Clif Bloks; Camelbak
Bikes:
Liv Lust 2 2015
Liv Rove 0 2015
(I have also used the Giant Revel, and Giant Reign off-road that Dan has in his inventory, this was before I got my Liv Lust)
Dream Bike: Ooh, not sure – I would have to do some research!
